The Holidays and Winter’s chill gives us more time for introspection – which is exactly what Mother Nature wanted us to do. It is a time to withdraw from life, curl up and ponder the “what if’s” and “if only” that the Season brings. Spending the Holidays alone is an especially tough time when the break up was over something minor or if clear communication was not expressed while the two persons involved were together. Here is a Candle Spell to Encourage a Lost Loved One to Reconsider and Return Ingredients 1 White 7-Day Novena Candle in glass 1 Blue 7-Day Novena Candle in glass 1 Pink 7-Day Novena Candle in glass 1 Red 7-Day Novena Candle in glass Photo of Lost Lover Petition Letter Addressed to Lover Full Name and Birth Date written on 4 slips of white paper 1 bottle Peaceful Home Condition Oil 1 bottle of Return to Me Condition Oil 1 bottle of Healing Condition Oil 1 bottle of Blessing Condition Oil First, clean all candles with lemon juice (see prior posts in the “Proper Candle Preparation” category on right. Let dry. Trim wick to 1 inch. Take one each of the name papers with birth date on it and tape it to the bottom of each candle. Write your petition letter to your lost lover, then anoint each of the corners of the paper with one drop of each oil in a cris-cross pattern like this: 1 3 4 2 You must place a drop in the area labeled with a “1”, then move down to “2”, then over to “3”, ending with “4”. Do this one oil at a time. Then place three drops of Blessing Oil in the White Candle. Place three drops of Healing Oil in the Red Candle, Place three drops of Peaceful Home Oil in the Blue Candle and three drops of Return to Me Oil in the Pink Candle. Place a large glass dish or Pyrex Pie Pan in an area that will not be disturbed. Place petition letter to lost lover on plate or dish. Set the Red Candle in the farthest back center of the dish. Place the White Candle in the right side of the dish, and the Blue Candle on the Left. Place the photo of your lost lover in the center of this candle configuration. Place the final Pink Candle in front of photo and center front of dish. Pray the Lord’s Prayer (Psalm 23) three times and then ask the Angels to bring them back into contact with you. Take some time each day to do this in the morning and again each night until the candles burn out. While praying, stare intently into the candle flame, calling to them with the Voice of Your Mind; meaning you do not actually “say” their name with your voice but hear it being screamed out of your mind and projecting it through your eyes to the candle flame. You may even see the candle flicker or jump about wildly when you do this, only to calm down or stop wavering once you are through. Repeat this candle configuration until you hear some news of them or hear from them. NOTE: Please be aware that the longer you are apart, as long it may take for you to burn candles for them until you hear from them. It is very few the occurrences that one candle “worked” or “did the job”. ...

Banishing Ritual and Candle Burning | December 31, 2008
Time to consider banishing all that negativity and sorrow that you endured and struggled with in 2008 with my annual Banishing Ritual and Candle Burning on December 31, 2008 and bring in the New Year with a clean slate and hope for a better 2009! What is It? I created a ritual for New Year’s Eve night to send off in a fiery pyre all the negative things, people and thoughts that plagued my clients throughout the year. I invite you to join us for this ritual. Releasing of old negative thoughts, hurts, jealousies, anger and problems that have plagued your thoughts and home life is purging and mood elevating, and can break free things that have been keeping you down and unable to progress forward. How Can I Participate? There are two ways you can participate. First, you can purchase a tea light vigil candle for $1.25 each and submit your petition for that candle. Quantity is unlimited and if you live with others, it might be a grand release of negativity for everyone in the home to have a candle and petition paper burnt for them (see photo below). The petitions will go into the “coffin” along with the black poppets, mixed with frankincense, myrrh, white sage and lavender, to become a burnt offering to the Heavens (see more photos at link below) The second way to participate is to purchase a black “doll baby” or “poppet” and name it for someone who is giving you the Devil or you would just want them to Go Away and Stay Away. These voodoo dolls are then “named” and stuffed with Spanish Moss and a few other herbs and ingredients to be effective in getting this person out of your life. These black dolls can be your for $20.00 each. Once you have ordered your poppet, you will then be asked to give a small description of the intended person and what you would like them to receive in exchange for doing damage they have done to you. Posted by Jacqueline on Oct 23rd, 2008 in Beginners Candle Spells, Candle Colors Directory | Comments Off on Free Candle Spells | Religious Candles – Good, but the Color of the Candle is Most Important
When considering candles to use for your spiritual purposes, sometimes people get confused on the kind of candles to use. I would have to say that a great number of spiritual workers, root workers, conjurers and others use what is commonly known as the “7 – Day Novena Glass Candle” (see photo). These can be obtained just about everywhere and I encourage my own clients to seek them out at Walgreen’s or WalMart. Of course, when it is a specific candle, such as a reversible or black candle, then if no other spiritual supply store or candle shop can supply them, I certainly will send them to the client. More importantly than which Saint is on the outside of the candle is the color of the wax of the candle. Yes, you might think, ‘Well, I wouldn’t think my love life is So impossible that I have to petition Saint Jude, Patron Saint of Impossible Causes.’ It isn’t really so much the Saint, but the candle color. What is the person is not Catholic? Doesn’t know or feels uncomfortable about praying to a Saint? It is the PINK that matters in love candle magic spell work, not the photo on the front. However, there are those of us who DO believe in the Powers of the Saints and rely on them to act as intercessors for us. That is fine as well. Remember, even above all, that a long time ago, there were NO colors of candles, except the creamy yellow of mutton tallow that was the source of candles before petroleum that was converted into paraffin. Please refer to the category on the right regarding candles and the meaning of their colors for further investigation. Posted by Jacqueline on Aug 27th, 2008 in Beginners Candle Spells, Proper Candle Preparation, Readers Questions | Comments Off on Readers Questions – Directionality in Anointing Candle and Spiritual Baths
OK Miz Jacquline — this needs explaining to me, even though this is how I do it, too … In Lesson #5 it says: DIRECTIONALITY OF BATHING — To draw in positive conditions, instruct the client to bath from the feet upward. — To remove negative conditions, instruct the client to bathe from the head down or the neck down. Yet … in your TbyJ (she means my www.tarotbyjacqueline.com site) article (and when I dress candles), we do it in the OPPOSITE way: — The anointing of a candle to release you from a condition requires you to anoint the candle from the base to the top — The anointing of a candle to bring, draw or call in conditions that are welcome requires you to anoint the candle from the tip of the candle to the base How come? No wonder I was confused when I first started trying to understand directionalities .. and now that I look at this — it is confusing!! Another question from a bumbling Neophyte practitioner 🙂 “Sparkle Gems” – NJ Sparkle, I understand your problem! Even I get confused! The thing about this is it is all about intention (ahem) INTENTION – again like baking a chocolate cake, do you put 1 cup or a cup and a half of sugar, a teaspoon or tablespoon of vanilla? It is the intention of making a great tasting cake that leads a cook to experiment. However, there are some universal thoughts in regards to direction. Let me try to explain. In regards to bathing, have you ever seen water flow upwards? Nah, neither have I but the only way to do this is by starting your pour and move upward on your body – from foot to head – to achieve it. I would do this if direction is a main concern for you. I have a different method of doing “directional” bathing. In regards to bathing for blessings, I first do the uncrossing or banishing pouring, follow it with a clear water rinse, then pour the blessing water (money, love success) over my head from top to bottom – and “call in” or “bring down from the Heavens” those same blessings. Now, with candles, it is the same – from top to bottom (top meaning the side that is tapered or where the most wick is showing – considered the “top” of the candle by most), brings “in” blessings. Anointing a candle from the base or bottom of the candle to the top is a banishing or releasing of negativity because the candle is pointing up and sending that energy outwards into the Universe. I hope this helps, but if you have more questions, please feel free to ask! I got a chuckle about the “Miz” in the above! Don’t forget the “e” – I get different spellings all the time and I just say ‘It’s Jacqueline , like Mrs. Onassis, but without the money!’ – Gets a laugh all the time! 🙂...
