Free Candles Spells | 2019 and the Magic of 3

The New Year is upon us and the year 2019 adds up to the magical number three. How is this done? By adding 2+0+1+9 = 12 = 1+2 = 3. This gives us a general idea of the energy that will be prevalent in your life this year. Coincidentally, this could be a “double down” year for the energy of 3 if your birth date adds up to 3 (i.e. 8+7+1+9+5+9 = 39, then adding 3+9 = 12, then 1+2 = 3. The person who has this birthdate will be called to use the energy of the meaning of the number 3 in their lives as they live, and this year being a “3” years, it will be doubly important, or a “double down” year for them.

In your daily life, you already know the power of three and the memories or knowledge that the number three has for you. Some groups of three you may recognize are:

The Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Ghost)

The denial of Peter (“Most assuredly, I say to you, the rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times” (John 13:38).)

Jesus rose from the dead on the third day.

Past, Present, and Future

Beginning, Middle, End

The Triple Goddess (Maiden, Mother, Crone)

The Wiccan “Rule of Three”

Three divisions of day (morning, noon, night)

Three phases of the Moon

Three finger pledge (index, middle, ring fingers) of the Boy and Girl Scouts.

The Riddle of the Sphinx (look this one up)

Primary Colors (Red, Yellow, Blue)

Genies grant three wishes

Three Blind Mice

A Triangle (incidentally, the strongest geometrical shape)

Columbus’ Ships (Nina, Pinta, and the Santa Maria)

The Three Stooges (Curly, Moe, Larry)

Rock, Paper, Scissors

In numerology, three is considered emitting the energy of self-expression, social interaction, and optimism. If your birth date adds up to the number three, it is considered your life path number, and the events and circumstances that you experience in your walk in life are there to inspire your creativity or require you to come up with creative solutions.

The 3rd card in a Tarot deck is the Empress card. According to Wikipedia, the Empress is mother, a creator and nurturer. In many decks she can be shown as pregnant. She can represent the creation of life, romance, art, or business. The Empress can represent the germination of an idea before it is ready to be fully born, and the need to be receptive to change
