The Full Moon in Aquarius occurs at 8:45 pm E.S.T. on August 20, 2013. This Full Moon in the astrological sign of Aquarius the Water Bearer, is considered a “Fixed” Air sign, meaning that the energy of this sign is concerned with the intellect and mental and is stable and unchangeable. Because it is stationed at 28 degrees, some may call this a Pisces moon, but technically, it is still an Aquarius moon.
